Wear loose fitting clothing.
Indoor-only shoes are required by the venue.
Entrance is at rear of building.
The combination of group and individual attention within the sessions means that you can start anytime and progress at your own pace.
Cost: £10 per session. 1st Session: £5

Dorchester & Ashburton Private Groups
Two groups meeting in Ashburton and Dorchester roughly every 6 weeks
For those with prior Tai Chi experience and those interested to learn principles of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan as a private student in a small group for intensive study.
The primary focus is on the principles and how to use them to improve your Push Hands.
